“Our Virco Representatives were attentive to detail and more than willing to go the extra mile. Early in the project, when our staff was still in our old building, one of the Virco reps gave me a call. He’d stopped by the new office construction site and had noticed that something was wrong. Every individual office was supposed to have a door that was color-coordinated with the furniture we’d ordered, but our Virco rep recognized that the doors were the wrong color.
“I got off the phone, told our Superintendent what was going on, and we drove straight over to the site. Sure enough, there had been a mix up with the doors, which we resolved with a change order through the contractor. We were impressed that our Virco representative was the first one to notice this mistake, and that he did so before the furniture had been delivered. He showed that he was on the ball, and that he cared about our entire project, not just his role in it.
“PlanSCAPE makes everything so simple for administrators. You’re always pressed for time, and it’s good to know that you can turn things over to Virco. If there’s a problem, you know they’ll take care of it. Everything was delivered as we expected and as we were told it would be. I wouldn’t go with any other furniture vendor than Virco, and I’d recommend PlanSCAPE to anyone!”
